How To Add A Multiple Choice Question:

Many of the aspects of creating a multiple choice question are very similar to working with the single answer question creation page.

One main difference is that the Include Question menu has an extra option as you can see here:

You can choose to create a question which is either a single answer question or a multiple choice question.
