Once you've chosen to make your question type a multiple choice question, what this allows you to do is add up to ten correct answers for that question. With a multiple choice question, you could even make them all correct if you wished to. Of course doing so would make that question more a trick question in effect, but the choice is there. You can not however create a multiple choice question with no answers being correct. So to add answers to a multiple choice question, you simply click on the appropriate Include This Answer menu and choose whether the answer is correct or incorrect: |

And then, just like you did for single answer questions, you enter your answer text: |

And you can keep adding answers to each question as you wish. Just like with single answer questions, you have to include a minimum of two answers, and at least one must be correct. In the example below, I've added two answers and both are correct - something that wouldn't work of course with a single answer question: |
