The reason we've chosen not to allow this
product to be offered in any membership site is the following:
If someone was to offer the
product in a membership site, basically it would be a "free

This would then have the effect of reducing the value of the
product in the marketplace by making it less exclusive, and
would therefore hurt the profits of ALL resellers (this includes

Therefore, for these reasons and others this

product MUST NOT be offered as a bonus.
The reasons for not allowing this
product to be offered as a bonus are largely the same as the
reasons for not allowing it in a membership site:
It hurts the value of the
product since it becomes an "add on" product rather
than a product that can stand and sell by it's own merits -- which
it certainly can, we made sure of that.
- This
product MUST be the main product in any offer.
Same reason again - we've put an AWFUL lot of work into this
product making sure that it's both a strong and very useful
product, and therefore insist it is the main focus of any sales
message.
- This
product MUST NOT be given away free.
What quicker way to completely devalue a product with reprint
rights and saturate the market than allowing it to be given away
free? Exactly.
- This
product MUST NOT be sold on any auction site.
We used to allow our products to be sold on eBay, but once again
because eBay is so rife with bargain hunters, prices for products
kept on dropping therefore hurting all the resellers and the value
of the product -- making it look more like a "junky"
product that someone had simply thrown an auction together for.
For these reasons, this product can not be sold on an auction
site - only directly from your own web site.
- Bonuses
MAY be added to this product offer if you sell it.
Bonuses are certainly not required if you're selling this
product yourself, but it can make your particular sales offer
for this
product more unique.
A couple of recommendations here though:
If you have experience with putting together offers and writing
online copy, this could work well for you.
However, just throwing some extra eBooks into the bundle just
for the sake of having bonuses could actually hurt your sales
rather than help them. The reason for this is:
If the bonuses don't truly make sense as part of the total offer,
or if they're not of a very high quality and are seen all over
the place, they can harm your offer and actually reduce your sales.
Some of the reasons for this is that bonuses just thrown in there
can confuse your reader regarding the offer, which then makes
him lose concentration and move on.
Throwing in an old and tired ebook can weaken your presentation
by making your whole offer look cheaper.
If the look and feel and copy for the bonuses doesn't flow and
blend in with the existing copy, it can again jar your visitor
causing him to lose attention and go elsewhere.

and the copy, so tinkering with it might harm rather than help
sales (for all these reasons and more).
However, if you're really determined to add bonuses, the very
best advice I can offer is make it exclusive and relevant.
Create something yourself (a report, software, some audio, some
videos...) that really adds and genuinely boosts the offer even
more, and make this part of the offer. This will really help personalize
your offer and could work well.
So exclusive or VERY little seen bonuses are in. Tired, cheap
bonuses are out.
- The recommended
retail price for this product is $19.95.
We feel this is a very reasonable price for this
product - it doesn't cheapen it, and you get very good value
for money for a very useful piece of software.
However, price fixing is illegal in many countries so I'm not
going to FORCE you to sell for that price.
You can sell it cheaper if you want (there's no point though,
you're really just harming your profits there - at the very least,
test it at the full price).
You can also put the price up. This would work particularly well
if you've customized the offer by adding bonuses EXCLUSIVE to
you.
All these rights
restrictions are clearly detailed within the
product itself. Please ensure you keep to them since by selling
this product yourself you are stating that you agree with these
terms.
