error: Alpha channel not supported: htmlfiles/PDF5/teleseminar-on-teleseminars.png
The message above is what I got using the CustomPDFMaker
when I first specified a PNG file. I immediately went back and
replaced it with a JPG and it worked fine. Got any ideas what's
wrong?

Thanks Kennon - I'll look into this.
I received a similar error when I left a GIF in the source. This problem
was solved when I changed it to a JPEG.

Hope
we get this resolved soon.

Hello Kennon
For now - it's best to use JPG's since they're guaranteed to work.
When I have news on the PNG issue, I'll post it here.
Sincerely,
Louis

Well,
okay, Louis. I got my PNG converted to a JPG and got the
script to work fine again, almost! My graphic image got chopped
just a little! I was using a header graphic of size 600 X 125.
Guess I'll have to trim it a little. AND, basically this post can
become another piece of a manual.
Kennon :)
Still happy with the product and challenged to make it good for me
and my customers! I'm determined!
Kennon
Well,
I just trimmed my graphic down on both ends a bit. It was
now 569 X 125 and the right side of it still got cut off just a little
by just a few pixels. It also seems a little odd that the graphic
runs all the way to the end of the page on the right, but I might
actually keep it that way for this one document because it doesn't
seem to be all that bad.
Anybody else tried different graphic sizes?
Kennon :)
