Hi,

How do I allow affiliates to input the link text? Take this for example:

%%Customizable Link 1|http://www.one.com%%

Unless I'm missing something, the only text that will be replaced is http://www.one.com -- the link text remains "Customizable Link 1"

I've looked at the example and tried it myself and there doesn't seem to be a way to customize the actual link text itself except in the htmlfile.html itself, which affiliates won't have access to, correct?

I'm also not having much luck creating an affiliate link, i.e.

http://hop.clickbank.net/?ClickbankAffiliateID/MyID

where the affiliate's link can be captured and placed into the above to create a clickable link.

What am I missing?

At this time, the link text can not be changed.

The text can be changed if you use this format:

%%Customizable Text%%

But that is not clickable.

The link can be changed if you use this format:

%%Text Link|http://www.defaultlink.com%%

But the link text itself will not be changeable.

That is correct. Unless a separate source file was created for different affiliates.

At the moment this script does not accept partial URL's. So you would need to do:

%%My ClickBank Link|http://hop.clickbank.net/?ClickbankAffiliateID/MyID%%

Your affiliates would then see the entire link, but would only need to change their ClickBank ID.
