Also, what kinds of issues do people face with Volume 1 these
days? I actually never marketed that one and wonder if I ever
should or how that part should work.

Volume 5:
This volume of the video series is around 5 hours of video where I
reveal exactly how I put together my copy.
You can currently download the videos - I'm going to add the download
details to the site later today.
The copy and PDF are being finalised and should be in the site on
Thursday or Friday.
As this product relates to copywriting, I've actually asked Joe Robson
for a testimonial - IF he likes it.
So if he does like the product I'll put his testimonial right at the
top of the sales letter and that should give the sales message a lot
of credibility and help your sales.
The rights for these videos are different to the other volumes of
the series - the product is available with master reprint rights but
the videos MAY NOT be distributed by themselves. Only the PDF can
be distributed - all the videos MUST ONLY be downloaded from my server.
Regarding Volume 1:
I will remake that product to include the "Custom PDF Maker"
instead of the "Instant PDF Creator" (no longer on the market).
The problem I'm finding is releasing new products for the site is
taking most of my time, so going back to remake an older product to
a high standard is proving problematic.
I don't want to take Volume 1 off the market so I have every intention
to remake it as soon as I can.
Once again, I apologise for the delay regarding this.

The product comes with master reprint rights but does have limitations
- the rights will be the same as Custom PDF Maker - no bundling...etc.

19. When you say Friday did you mean Dec 26th?

I wonder about testing for these price points. Louis, I think it
might be a steal at $19.95! I have viewed several of the videos
so far and am pleased... it's actually stimulated some thinking for
some of my own copy that I wanted to get done. Now I've got to
stop dreaming and start producing!

I apologise for the delay. I'm still working on the copy to make it
as strong as possible for you so that it sells well.
The final product and sales materials WILL be in the site at the latest
by the end of Tuesday (the 23rd).

I'm not able to test price points for these products unfortunately
since as soon as they're released - you get them.
I agree $19.95 is a steal - it's always a compromise between making
it low enough so it sells well for you and then keeps on spreading
for you to earn residual income, or a higher initial price so that
you make more up front profits.
I would say even $37 might be a reasonable price - but again it depends
on those factors.
I'll put the final recommended price in the product itself to help
keep it's value.

would have to comment that I think $19.95 is way to low of a price.
Consider how much Dan Kennedy's stuff costs.
I would recommend a higher price.
That said, people will of course undercut the competition.
Additionally, with anti-price fixing laws for the United States I
don't think you can require to sell a product for any set amount although
we can be restricted from giving it away.
