A customer of mine sent me this email.

I got problems of some kind. I downloaded with Fresh Download
program and unzipped it with WinZip and when I try to open the
program I get the following message:"There was a problem loading the file specified when running the Accessibility Wizard." First time this has happened. What do I do now??

I believe the "Accessibility Wizard" is a feature of Windows that helps those with disabilities use the computer effectively.

However, I have not used it myself so I can't offer any advice I'm afraid.

What version of Acrobat Reader and what version of Windows?
