I had a customer email me with the following issue...

Here's what I've found - if I open the file just by clicking it - adobe opens it and the problem I described happens. If I open it with I.E. then things seem to been ok, however, most people are not going to right click and choose I.E. to open it, they will just left click it, and thus this problem seems like a big issue to me.

I don't actually understand the question I'm afraid?

Could you refer the customer here please and I'll be happy to talk through the issue with them.

I figured it out, it was because he was using an older version of Acrobat Reader.
