What's your best "tech tip" that helps you in your marketing efforts?

2 That I use a lot are:

1. Autotext in outlook. - where you can enter only a word and have a complete paragraph get typed instantly. - Helps with common questions I get via email.

2. Rules in outlook. I use this to filter my inbox and file emails into folders for later review. I also use this for instant product delivery for auction info-product purchases.

Here's another but it's not specific to marketing.

If there is a site I visit a lot I will add it to my favorites but change the name to a very short description.

Like with PayPal I will name the favorite pp.

This way I can go to the address bar and type pp and hit enter and I'm taken right to paypal's site.

They let you see what a website looked like back in time.

I use it to see how competitors have changed their sites over time.
