Info-Profits Talk - What's best way to market this?

I have been considering promoting the Dish Network free
satellite dish offer. Before I do though, I was wondering
if anybody has any ideas on the best ways to promote
something like this?

There are two things to promote:
-the free satellite dish
-the affiliate program

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would think pay-per-click (or free SE traffic) search engines with links going to a simple page giving away a free report on how to get a free dish that is emailed to them. Then follow up via auto-responder.

Create a viral ebook that webmasters can brand and give away.
- this would help promote the affiliate program.

Thanks for the advice. The website that I'm going to sign up through
offers a search engine submission service, so that is covered. :)

I hopefully won't sound dense here, but what kind of ebook could
I create for this type of affiliate program that people would actually
want to give away or download? What would I put in it?
