Hi guys 'n gals,

Here's my personal experience with an Internet access company:

Recently cognisurf.com cancelled Canadian access numbers
across the board. Without any notice!

Is that CRAZY or what?

Not only that, I was billed on the day access was stopped!

I kept on calling support, not even a simple apology! Just
"I'm sure we'll get new numbers soon... we have lots of
Canadian customers..."

They eliminated a huge customer base! I cannot believe
anyone would be STUPID enough to ignore and alienate
an entire group of customers!

Now I have to wait one week to see if they've reversed
the charge and dealt with the double billing issue(they
already did it once to my account, hopefully not again)
