Andy,

The header graphic doesn't do much for me. If anything, test it
and see if you pull better without it.

Your headline doesn't really grab me either. Ever hear, "WIIFM?"
That is, "What's In It For Me?" Just because something's *HOT*
doesn't excite me as I "hear" all the time about something NEW
and "HOT" on the net. It doesn't give me a feeling that it's all that
credible.

Just my 2 cents.

Resale Rights seems generic. Brainstorm some more
titles. Example: The Resale Rights Collective would
be a little better.

"Introducing ... The Hottest Collection Of Resale Rights"

Plus LIFETIME ACCESS To The Download Page

How about: "Receive lifetime access to the Members'
Only Area" - sounds more exclusive

And I Will Also Give You The Rights To Resell This Exact
Site, But With You Keeping 100% Of The Profits... And
Your Customers Downloading From Me, Saving You
Valuable Bandwidth.

You Receive Resell Rights to This Exact Site... AND You
Keep 100% of the Profits. Note: it sounds like I sell the
website and keep 100% of the profits instead of selling
the ebooks and keeping 100% of the profits...

Are you sure about this statement...?
