Louis
Hello
A note about how to access the download area for the script:
The address for accessing the script is:
http://www.allportpublishing.com/CustomPDF
You will find both the username and the password you need to access that page within the PDF you received for the product.
Both the username and password are case sensitive and neither have spaces before nor after.
You'll notice that there's also a link within the PDF in this format:
http://xxxxxxxx:zzzzzzzz@www.allportpublishing.com/CustomPDF
That is a special link that *should* automatically log you into the private area.
The "xxxxxxxx" signifies where the username should go.
The "zzzzzzzz" signifies where the password should go.
However, it appears that Microsoft has recently disabled this automatic log in feature in Internet Explorer.
Therefore, you'll generally need to enter the username and password manually to access the download page.
Sincerely,
Louis
