Hello
A note about how to access the download areas for the videos:
The addresses for accessing the videos are in the format:
http://www.allportpublishing.com/99Minutes/Volume01
http://www.allportpublishing.com/99Minutes/Volume02
http://www.allportpublishing.com/99Minutes/Volume03
...etc...
You will find both the username and the password you need to access the download page for the product you've purchased, within the PDF you received for that product.
Both the username and password are case sensitive and neither have spaces before nor after.
You'll notice that there's also a link within the PDF's in this format:
http://xxxxxxxx:zzzzzzzz@www.allportpublishing.com/99Minutes/Volume01
http://xxxxxxxx:zzzzzzzz@www.allportpublishing.com/99Minutes/Volume02
http://xxxxxxxx:zzzzzzzz@www.allportpublishing.com/99Minutes/Volume03
...etc...
That is a special link that *should* automatically log you into the private download areas.
The "xxxxxxxx" signifies where the username should go.
The "zzzzzzzz" signifies where the password should go.
However, it appears that Microsoft has recently disabled this automatic log in feature in Internet Explorer.
Therefore, you'll generally need to enter the username and password manually to access the download page for the product(s) you have purchased.
Sincerely,
Louis
