1. Is this product comes with Master Resale Rights and it can be sold
by general public (Not a member of RREM) ?
2. Is this product can be included in membership site ?

The product does come with master reprint rights. Therefore anyone
who has a copy can sell it on.
The sales materials are to be found on the same page as the videos
