My ebooks are all professionally designed and produced in Pagemaker. The problem is that it appears this script only works with PDFs created in HTML.

How do we make our links customizable using Pagemaker?

With this script, that wouldn't be possible.

The Custom PDF Maker is a pretty basic PDF creation and customization script that requires you to create your source documents in XHTML using a limited number of commands.
